As a result of the think tanks, each HEI has developed its own mentoring programme. The facets of the programmes range from strengthening cooperation between science and municipalities to a more methodical approach and supporting the formulation of expectations and strengthening the initiation of contacts. Each university has nominated potential mentors. These mentoring programmes form an essential part of capacity building for socially engaged research at the HEI.
